In this episode, we talk about how sometimes you are going to want to just embrace the suck or be crushed under its weight. At some point, we all face a situation that really sucks, makes us feel helpless, and in most cases, is usually totally beyond our control. We share some of our own personal experiences in the show. We also talk about how in that moment, whether it's an injury, a health issue, a death, an illness or something else, we do have control, and that's simply to embrace the suck of the situation, look for the opportunity in it, and endure it.
