Hey Beautiful Lady,

Today I’m diving into the Bad Stress end of the stress spectrum, to help you understand what’s happening inside of your brain and body when you’re not ok.

Bad stress is the stress you’re used to talking about - your stress, overwhelm, anxiety, panic, anxiety/panic attacks, trauma triggers or maybe even PTSD. It’s the survival mode God created you with to keep you alive in this world. So it’s not actually bad, it’s just often distorted by satan to destroy you, and keep you stuck in it.

But there’s always help available. Regardless of how severe your stress is, there are mental health techniques that can help you turn it off so you can come back to the state of peace in your mind and body.
