For this week's episode I was joined by the Founder and Director of PerforMotion, Kelly Mann. To be able to chat with someone of Kellys experience and knowledge was awesome. You only have to look at the success of the lifters she coaches, as well as the growth of PerforMotion, to see that she knows what she’s talking about. In this episode we chatted about individualisation when it comes to coaching and programming for powerlifters, using data to see trends in training, as well as knowing when to mix things up or stay the course.
