If you're a beginner golfer, or even an experienced one, you know that the golf swing is all about proper body use. But if you've ever tried to increase your golf mobility, you know it's really hard to do. It can feel like you're either not doing it right or that there's no way to make your body as flexible as you want it to be.
But don't worry! We're here to tell you that there is a way—and it starts with activating the right body parts.
Activating the body means getting all of its muscles ready for action. In this episode, we'll show you how to activate the muscles in your lower and upper body so that they are ready for action during your golf swing. We'll also talk about how activating these muscles will help improve your overall health as well as help prevent injury during play.
