Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽

Do you ever feel stuck on repeat?
Like you're making the same mistakes or attracting the same drama over and over again? A lot of survivors feel that way and one way to address this is by looking at your blind spots.

Blind spots are those things we do not see about ourselves, but they show-up day after day – they include the thoughts, behaviours, and triggers that we're not fully aware of. They can be dangerous because they keep us repeating unhealthy patterns. Think of when you are learning to drive, they always warn you to look out for your blind spots because not because you can’t see something does not mean it is not there, and that something can be very dangerous to you and other drivers on the road.
Today I’ll share how to foster self-awareness so you can begin enjoying healthier relationships and quiz repeating old unhelpful patterns.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

In Healing and Love 😊
