We're all familiar with the "Golden Rule," treat others how you want to be treated. But do we treat ourselves like that? Do you treat yourself the way you wish others would treat you or the way you wish others would treat someone you love?

Sometimes we can be really hard on ourselves. On this episode, I'm talking about a lesson I learned from my wife on how to talk to yourself in a way that actually builds you up!

How would you talk to a loved one if they were struggling? What would you say to your daughter if she was telling herself she didn't like the way she looked? What would you say to your best friend if they told you they sucked at literally everything?

More than likely, you'd make sure they knew that those things weren't actually true. You'd remind them where they are in their journey and to keep going.

It's easy for most of us to see the "awesome" in other people. This week, I challenge you to look for it in yourself!

Thank you so much for listening! Don't forget to "like" and subscribe if you got any value out of this!
