Sebastian spent his younger days mastering grappling based martial arts like Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Now with a family of his own, Sebastian balances being a father and husband with his training. He has found that incorporating Yoga into his martial arts lifestyle has made all the difference in the world.

Sebastian outlines why training in martial arts like BJJ and Judo helped him meet his wife, start a new career, and provided him with the opportunity to follow his dreams.
