My goodness we've got a bumper episode for you with section 2.2 of the HSAW'74!
We continue the jargon busting with subsection 2 which puts additional specific duties on an employer to their employees. To see the legislation in full, visit legislation.gov.uk or search The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 on the HSE website.
A quick reminder that as these episodes explain certain meanings, it is super beneficial to listen in order as we will refer to some terms that have been explained in previous episodes.
