Weight loss is something that many people struggle with. It often feels like an endless battle. What if transformative tools existed that offered genuine, lasting solutions that addressed the root of your struggles instead of just providing quick fixes?

Diets will always be fleeting and disappointing until you truly understand why you’re overweight. It's not just about what you eat, but why you eat.

Today, I have Dr. Kim Feinstein, a Clinical Psychologist and Behavioral Weight Loss Specialist. Her relationship with food and body image was complex from a very young age. At just five years old, disordered eating began to cast a shadow over her life, influencing her self-worth and how she saw the world.

Her healing journey ignited a fiery passion that led her to her life's mission: Empower others to break free from the shackles of yo-yo dieting and help them embrace a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food.

Let's hear from Dr. Kim as she explains the psychology behind eating disorders and how to achieve lasting weight loss.

Learn about the Whole Body Healing Program and book a call. Let's chat about it if you have regular blood work and feel like crap: bloodworkspecialist.com/wbh

“The goal of making peace with food is truly to eat because you're physically hungry and stop when you're satisfied, and so many of us struggle with that.”
