Maria is a 1000 day+ streak runner, and her secret is she was a super non runner before she became part of our Oshima Family. Now she runs every day as well as marathons and trail runs. We talk about the pressure to be a runner inside a running family and the mental wellbeing benefits that help Maria to keep her streak going. She even ran when she had Covid and was in hotel quarantine!
