This month I experienced one of my most significant breakdowns to date. In the lead up to this, I neglected to notice all the support that was actually there for me, with me and always around me. I felt like I was expressing and asking for it with love, but I was clearly in my own way.

I truly believed I was "doing all the things" to emotionally, mentally, verbally and physically support myself. But the meltdown eventuated... with everything going pear-shaped just last week.

The walls of separation that we all construct in our minds are part of being human. In being human, we forget. And we don't 'see'

We get stuck in our minds, actions and to-do list, and block our capacity to receive deeper support from the world around us every day.

In this week's episode, I share:

- How I moved through the process of feeling completely alone, useless and unsupported

- The language, stories and mental barriers that block our receiving, our awareness and get in our way when navigating tough times

- How to receive more support in your partnership, business, with friends and from the world around you, and how to know and express your needs

- WHY we, as human's, actually forget so much when we "know" what we should do to help ourselves

- The exact questions I ask myself, and the steps I took, to receive more support in times of need and desperation - both last week and over the years

- How to increase your capacity TODAY and receive help, nurturing, strength, and return to a place of ease and love

You are not alone. You are so supported. You have so much available to you, and for you. Mother Nature is one of them.

Send me a private message to let me know how this lands for you.

xx
