Esther is a personal trainer and nutrition coach who works primarily with compassionate women to help them lose weight and help them become happier, healthier, and more confident. She has a BS in Exercise Science from Boston University and a variety of certifications but the best education has come from working one-on-one with hundreds of women to help them take back control of their health.
