In this episode we discuss all aspects of track running. We discuss the benefits of track running, how to get into it, the basic track rules and how you can make a track session part of your weekly running. It’s been a busy week for us with an ill child at home all week, but we still managed to get our runs in and we cover the running we have been doing over the past week as we work towards our goals.
