This week we talk to siblings Ron Douglas and Shamara Carney, who co-founded of The Race Continues Track Club and coach track and field at Notre Dame High School in Belmont. Ron and Shamara share their unique journeys with running, their surprising path to working together, and how they are inspiring the next generation of runners to have a strong sense of self on and off the track.
