This is the first episode in our Exchanging Experiences live podcast series with San Francisco Running Company supported by Nike Trail. This first episode is with Ted Knudsen, SFRC’s owner and “Boss Man”. In this episode we talk about Ted’s love of running, his favorite races, how SFRC builds and strengthens community, owning a small business during the pandemic, and technology’s role in running.
