Chris is a cancer-survivor, best-selling author, and creator of the popular blog called, “Chris Beat Cancer”. In 2003, at 26 years old, he was diagnosed with stage IIIC colon cancer. After surgery, Chris opted-out of chemo and instead, used nutrition and natural therapies to heal his cancer. Eighteen years later, Chris is a healthy, strong, cancer-free husband and father of two.
His national bestselling book is “Chris Beat Cancer: A Comprehensive Plan for Healing Naturally” and his latest book is “Beat Cancer Kitchen: Deliciously Simple Plant-Based Anticancer Recipes”.
In our conversation, we talk about Chris’s recovery, how the wrong incentives are shaping the pharmaceutical and cancer treatment industries, the root causes of cancer, and how to craft a healthy anti-cancer diet.
