Kendall is a natural-born fighter who empowers her followers to find their voice and believe in their inner strength. Kendall is a dynamic athlete, with a background in professional cheerleading, gymnastics, dance and boxing. Kendall’s peloton classes have kicked my butt, my wife’s butt, and even our young daughter’s butt, and it’s completely worth it. Her incredible energy and positive attitude just gets you ready for your next work out. However, Kendall opens up and gets vulnerable in today’s podcast episode about the mental health struggles she’s faced throughout her life.
