For our final podcast of 2024 we present the perfect opportunity for you to reflect and consider what behaviour change means to you and your practice.
Our host for this podcast is our very own Executive Chair, Dr Katherine Hickman (GP, and she is joined by Alicia Piwko (Respiratory Specialist Pharmacist) and Ren Lawlor (Independent Nurse Consultant).
Together they dive in to what 'Supporting Behaviour Change' actually means for our patients - what is it and how should we go about encouraging it - combined with the intricacies of working in primary care and dealing with dozens of individuals every day.
Equally as important, they also touch on the idea that behaviour change isn't just something we should be supporting our patients with - first and foremost we must look at inwardly at whether we need to support ourselves and/or our colleagues in our own behaviour change before we can support our patients with theirs.
This podcast covers it all - including some rather spectacular mountaineering and Everest analogies - one not to be missed!
