Welcome to the second episode in our second season of the Phoenix Wellness Coaching Podcast. In this episode I talk about the concept of mothering yourself and how this can help us to maintain or rebuild that important connection to yourself. When we transition through menopause we can sometimes lose that connection and not recognise the woman we are becoming. Often this is caused through the many changes brought on by menopause, but also can be the result of not putting ourselves top of our to do list.
