This week on Parent Tell Kaila speaks with Brittany Scott, a perinatal fitness specialist, who really just gets it; "it" being the fact that pregnant people can and should work out during pregnancy and no, we actually don't need to be sitting on the couch for 9 months straight or eating for two, or any of those now antiquated sayings we all grew up hearing about pregnant people. Kaila and Brittany passionately discuss all of the above while highlighting the copious amounts of reasons why it's so important that we take ownership of our pregnancies in the 21st century and exercise when preggo.
