Do you find yourself in hero mindset?
I sometimes try to be “Hero Tracey” and this is the mindset where I try to make everything go right – I feel responsible for holding everything together for people, horses and projects. The hero mindset may make us feel good, but the downsides for us and those around us far outweigh the upsides.
