Welcome to today's episode where I delve into the first part of an enlightening series about the 100% Energy Theory. This concept was developed from a personal journey of transformation after a life-altering event side-swiped me off the relentless hamster wheel.

Imagine your life as a garden, overgrown with weeds and cluttered with things you don't need. The idea of cleaning it up can seem daunting. I found myself in this exact situation, overwhelmed by the task at hand. To tackle this, I needed a structured approach, which led to the creation of the 100% Energy Theory.

This theory is grounded in the notion that each of us has a finite amount of energy to expend each day—100%, to be precise. Some days, we might wake up feeling less than 100%, and that’s okay. The crucial part is understanding where our energy goes and ensuring we don't squander it on things that don't matter or allocate more energy than necessary to any given task.
