Back at it again! Another awesome coach with great information and the importance of valuing our athletes not just for what they do in their sports but also as a human being. I love when coaches bring up those types of conversation because it lets you know they're invested in the person not just the athlete. That was one topic we had in this episode tune in for the rest!
