Understanding what burnout is, how to spot it, and what to do about it is our jam today. We’ll be discussing burnout in every realm and how the mental load of parenting, expectations placed on Moms, and life in general contributes to burnout. We’re also digging deep and sharing our own experiences with burnout, what we do to manage symptoms of burnout, and what you can do to prioritize your own health without needing to check into a hotel in a remote area of the country for some recharge time… although that’s fine too.
