In this episode I had the privilege of having Nick Moss, one of Australia's leading Functional Neurologists, come on to talk to us about his journey, along with how the power of the brain can be harnessed to heal and create powerful physical and mental change. Nick has done everything from curing chronic back pain, to accelerating children's development, to finding brain based approaches to health.
Here are some key points that Nick and I discussed:
- The importance of training our breath.
- Brain based approaches to health.
- Mind body connection.
- What techniques he uses to interact with a clients neural system.
- Aiming to bring your body back to homeostasis.
