In this episode I had the privilege of having a very good mate of mine Zach Murray come on, to talk to us about his journey, his experiences with anxiety and mental health, and how we all can use some of these tips and tools we discuss in our daily lives.
Here are some key points that Zach and I discussed:
- The importance of a strong support network.
- Creating foundations to becoming more self aware.
- Having compassion for yourself.
- How powerful listening and being present with others can be.
- Taking control of your personal situation for the better.
