Hey Mama,

Have you ever had your kid pull your phone away from you so you would pay attention to them? How about the pit in your stomach as you hear the little voice, “Mommy put your phone down and pay attention to me?”

One big conviction on my radar is being intentional with the time I have with my kiddos. I knew I had to figure out a way to break the stronghold of my social media addiction, and start showing my children I loved them rather than just saying it.

If you asked your kiddos who mommy is more interested in, her phone or you, what do you think their response would be?

Want to know how to minimize mom guilt? Be intentional with the time you do have with your children by minimizing your social media.

Today, I will share with you three simple steps I incorporated to help minimize the amount of time I spent on a screen so I can be more present with my family.
