Sasha is a self love guide who shows up authentically to make it easier for others to do the same! She doubles as your IG bestie—sharing all the things— Life experiences in and out of religion, tips for self love, childhood healing, and hopefully making you laugh along the way!
She joined the lds church in college in 2009, served a mission in SLC, and swam deep in the Mormon pool for years! Once she started sharing her nuanced beliefs online, she ended up leaving the church in 2022!
Now, she’s happy as can be, guiding and coaching women on self love, faith transitions and hosting retreats designed to help women feel more at home in yourself. Her upcoming retreat will be held in Sedona, AZ this coming October 2023. Check out her Instagram for more details at @thesashapiton.
