Alcohol is a common part of social gatherings and celebrations, especially during the summer and holidays. I support you if you decide to drink responsibly and in moderation or if you never take another drink of alcohol for the rest of your life. In this episode, I explain how alcohol impacts fat loss, interferes with building muscle, and affects your body's hormones. If you do choose to drink alcohol, I also give you tips on what drinks to choose, how to stay hydrated, and the best food choices while drinking.

The next time someone in your circle chooses not to drink, I challenge you to support them in their decision rather than pressuring them into drinking with you. It'll mean so much to them that they can make this decision guilt-free!
