As a child struggling with anxiety himself, mental health campaigner and former Love Island contestant Dr Alex George is passionate about helping the younger generations better manage their mental wellbeing.
Here, he talks to Dr Sian Williams about his struggles with mental health growing up, how he's coping with his brother's death by suicide and hoping to challenge the stigma and shame that are still attached to mental health issues nowadays.
