Jordan and Denise talk about their experience at Spin For a Cause 2022. They go through how emotional it was and how amazing it felt to be a part of something so important. You can hear a handful of On-The-Spot interviews that the ladies did while they were at the event. After the interviews, Jordan & Denise ask each other the interview questions and discuss their connections with suicide and what they do for their own mental health. The total amount raised for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention was $43,000 and Mental Maintenance Podcast raised $2,100 of that!
