Mental and Emotional Imprinting happens through the interactions of daily living. We are taught, conditioned, and impressed upon by the beliefs and emotional experiences of others. This information lies hidden in our subconscious mind and is reflected in our body and how we live our lives. The majority of our day-to-day decision making and our reactions to life and stress have been imprinted through early conditioning. We are not the free thinkers we believe ourselves to be.
