昨天我去超市了.

超市 supermarket

我去超市想买一杯饮料，想买一个喝的。

然后呢，我就看到了一些很特别的饮料。

这些饮料是我在几年前，在超市里面从来没有见过的，他们就是气泡水。

气泡水 sparkling water 气泡水

他们也是好像矿泉水

矿泉水 mineral water

好像矿泉水一样，装在一个瓶子里面，这样来卖的。

那么常见的一些气泡水的口味，包括蜜桃味。蜜桃就是peach。

那这个词，蜜本身的意思是honey，桃才是我们的水果peach，加在一起，蜜桃就是非常甜的桃子了。

还有很常见的口味，有青柠。

青柠就是lime 青柠

这些气泡水全部都写着两个词，零糖和零卡。

零就是zero，糖就是sugar，零卡的“卡”指的就是“卡路里”

卡路里 calories

所以它想说自己是一点儿糖也没有，一点儿卡路里也没有的饮料。

我是不太信这些的。怎么可能呢嘛？卡路里一点都没有。嗯，我觉得应该是假的吧。

那这些究竟对我们的身体好不好呢？我真的不太确定。
