I’m an ex-Professor and certified life coach, specialising in helping people doing PhDs or working in academia. I support my clients with issues like procrastination, overwhelm, imposter syndrome, and time management. I have a podcast, The PhD Life Coach, and offer one-to-one coaching, a membership programme for PhD students, online courses on how to be your own best boss, and university workshops. When I’m not working, I’m usually rotating through a random array of hobbies – at the moment, flying trapeze, collage, and trying to get ready to start adventure racing again.
