As we head into 2024, I want to encourage you to really take time to set some solid goals for 2024. To do this, here are three questions I believe you MUST ask yourself before setting your 2024 goals. By taking the time to do this reflection, we are better able to head into the new year & towards where we want to go with intention.

1. Which of my 2023 goals will I need to carry into 2024 because I need to extend my timeline for it?
2. Where is an area of focus I want to commit to? Why does this area matter to me?
3. What results/outcomes am I looking for from the new year? When the year is over, what do I want to have accomplished?
