Do you find yourself automatically reaching for cookies, crackers, chips, or extra dessert when you are under stress?

Maybe you have found yourself packing on an extra 15…or 20…or…pounds in the middle of your most recent times of upheaval!
Using food to calm your nerves or give you that momentary “high” will only add to the problems that you already have!

While it is very tempting to throw a healthy way of eating out the window when life gets rough, it will only make matters worse.
Although learning about the science of WHY certain foods create more weight issues, and other foods help a person stay more healthy is really beneficial, it isn’t always enough on its own to escape addictive behavior.
Reaching out to a support community to help is a game changer!
