Jacob from @theplantpotential is a Dietician and personal trainer so he knows his shit and knows what he’s talking about. He specialises in plant based nutrition for healthy and performance. He’s come from a place where he struggled with a bit of food anxiety, poor relationship with food and has learned how to step back, care less about being buff/looking good and has learned how to focus on a more balanced lifestyle and relationship with food
