When you don't understand your Zone of Genius, it can result in your professional roles being misaligned and subsequently lead to frustration and professional discontent. In this episode I share my own experience of how coming to understand my own Zone of Genius shifted the needle for me in terms of thriving professionally, despite the challenging context within which I worked. So even if you are in a less that perfect work environment, if your job role allows you to function in your Zone of Genius, you will find professional fulfillment.
