Overcoming resentment, bitterness and anger takes work… but it’s better than letting it eat away at your soul and becoming nasty and miserable! With time and effort you can learn to feel less anger and bitterness, forgive someone who wronged you, and also how to stop bringing up the past, so that you can focus on moving forward with your life and gain greater peace of mind.
