Lundy MD, MBA, FAOA, to discuss the misogynistic culture of the orthopaedic specialty. Rather than focusing on diversity, biases, and difficulties, orthopaedic departments need to give women the tools to succeed, build their confidence, and empower them to be successful orthopaedic surgeons.
