Welcome back to part two of our conversation with Retired Master Chief and Author, Paul Kingsbury! In this episode, we learn about what it means to be a leader and the traits you must have to be a good one. We start out by listing the qualities Paul looks for in a leader and some of the things you can do to acquire these qualities. We then discuss communication and how imperative it is to be a good communicator as a leader. There's so much to unpack in this episode as Paul tells us sorties, unloads years of experience, and so much more for us. Be sure to check out part 1 of our conversion with him too if you haven’t yet!
