According to the World Health Organization, 4% of the global population struggles with anxiety disorders. That equates to approximately 300 million people, making it the most common mental illness in the world. In fact, when we ran a poll within our community, managing stress and anxiety was one of the major challenges many of you are facing right now.

On today’s episode, I’m going to talk about how you can overcome anxiety and stress using the principles of neuroplasticity.

Learning how to alleviate anxiety and minimize stress are vital tools as you pursue your goals because there are times you won’t be able to avoid stress.
