With Covid-19 unfortunately still hanging out in many cities across the globe, many of us are still stressed /depressed /tired /scared /anxious, you name it. And one mind/body response that has become increasingly difficult for many of us to manage is WILLPOWER. Let's be real: it ain't easy to muster up the self-control and self-discipline required to get those workouts done and healthy foods consumed. So on this episode of the JOTB podcast, we thought it appropriate to share our thoughts on how we can strengthen that willpower muscle and discuss the top 10 worst habits that most of us are guilty of doing (Shorkey sisters included.)
