Have you ever noticed when you are researching online about ADHD, it makes you FEEL bad? Instead of the content being strengths based - it is based on the medical model which highlights the problems associated with ADHD. So, it is like scrolling through social media, comparing yourself to other people or businesses, it never ends with you feeling like you're on top of the world, right? It's the same thing.

Are you someone who believes that the more info you have the better you will be at navigating your brain? This is honestly, SUPER NORMAL!! Most people are taught that you “need” more knowledge to thrive - which yes knowledge of course is super important, but in this case - too much info is hindering your success.
