The feeling of burn out has become all too familiar, especially after the pandemic. But, are we actually burnt out... or do we just not know how to balance our schedules properly? That was Michelle's realisation after a recent coaching session, where she realised that there were practical ways to fix how she was feeling.

On this weeks episode of In All Honesty, Michelle addresses the importance of integrating rest and play into your schedule (especially for introverts!) and how to create boundaries to prevent burn-out. She also has the signs you need to look out if you're worried burn out is on the horizon and how to deal with guilt over taking a break!
