In this episode of I’ll Allow It Nevada, we welcome Chief Judge Cynthia Leung of the Las Vegas Municipal Court to the studio to explore the transformative work of the Women In Need Of Change (WIN) Court. A trauma-responsive specialty court, WIN Court offers chronic women offenders the tools and support needed to address the root causes of their behaviors. Chief Judge Leung shares how the program empowers participants to rebuild their lives, break the cycle of recidivism, and embark on a path toward recovery, independence, and lasting change.
