We go deep on how the show was restructured from its slower, European format to the more brash, Survivor inspired American version, the psychological tolls this show can take on its contestants, and Spencer tells his use incredibly detailed thoughts on what sort of contestant he would be.

Plus, we pose the eternal question, "What’s wrong with Brandon saying 'I’m tired of plugging myself?'"
