On this episode of the Hockey IQ podcast, we sit down with Kim McCullough. Kim is the former Head Coach of the Toronto-Leaside PWHL, 2014-2021 and Director & Founder of Total Female Hockey, since 2008. She has 20+ years experience as an on-ice instructor & off-ice strength and conditioning coach with the certification of "Hockey Canada Skills Coach"

A few areas on this episode we discuss:
- Starting hockey at age 13 and developing herself to play at the high levels possible.
- Empowering others
- If you want to stick out... need to do more than just showing up and doing what everyone else does
- Using constraints within coaching
- Throwing away the whiteboard and whistle
- Playstyle for development
- Evolving away from outcome-driven to process-driven
- Goal setting for hockey players
