In the latest episode of the Healthy Hustling Podcast w/ Dr. Eric Broadworth I interviewed Cassie Rubley, owner of Train Grand Haven. Cassie and her boyfriend Mike have built an amazing community of fitness at Train Grand Haven. During the COVID-19 pandemic they have loaned out every piece of equipment that they could to their members. They have also continued to program home workouts for all members and the community during the quarantine. Anyone looking for a good workout should follow them on IG and Facebook to give their workouts a try!
Cassie works with Project Purple to raise money and awareness to fight pancreatic cancer. Cassie sadly lost her mother to Pancreatic Cancer in September 2019. The next event Cassie is hosting for Project Purple coming up is this Saturday April 11! Please help support this cause. The event is 60 minutes of burpees. So for 60 minutes you try to get in as many burpees as you can. If you want to partake you can go Live on social media such as Facebook or upload a small video clip of yourself doing burpees to help spread awareness.
