When it comes to movement, fitness, exercise, etc. one of the biggest challenges I hear from my clients is staying consistent! Life will get in the way and unfortunately diet culture has taught us that we have to do long, hard workouts (that's not the case and not what we teach at all inside of our course and that atomic habit hacking system for women that we teach.)
